I felt like the Red Carpet Facial is not a high priority service. There was no discussion about my skin, recommendations for care, etc. The actual service time was 20 min. Face only. No attention to neck/shoulders or hands.

So far so good. I have used one of the six visits and had a good experience. The office was clean, nicely decorated and the staff was professional and pleasant. Everything I expected out of a medical facility.

Great staff. Professional in the way they reconfirm your appt and call you the next day in regards to the services you received to make sure that no problems arose.

My appointment was listed as a "consultation for hair removal" when I asked for an appt for a facial. I was shifted to a couple different rooms and left to wait for over 1 hour and 15 mins before anyone came into my room for a simple "facial". The facial was not even good for a company with such "high" standards. I've had better facials done at lesser advertised facilities. I was disappointed. They have many other services to offer.......but I won't be going there for those either.
