I have never had a positive experience at the Dentist until I flew into Chicago and decided to get my teeth cleaned. After Jenni cleaned my teeth Dr. Lena Halikias came in to have a look. I have had a cap on my front tooth for 44years that I have always hated. After speaking with her I decided to let her help me feel better about myself ! This was my first visit to Perfect Smiles. I was very pleased with the results on the teeth cleaning with no pain during the procedure. I really liked working with the dental hygienist. She was very good at her job.
I've been going to this dentist for nearly 20 years. Great service. The dentists and hygienists answer any questions and explain. I have never had a problem, even recommending them to others. No complaints. Like any dentist, products or service may be sold or offered. When I don't want it, I don't buy it.
My nephew is getting ready to go to Kindergarten soon. IL state law requires all kids to get a dental exam before starting K. (Way to go IL for insisting people care for their kids!!) Anyways, I brought my nephews 5 & 3, for their very first dental exam, and it went perfectly. Both of the dental hygienists that worked with the boys were really great. If I can give this place zero stars, I would. They canceled 3 appointments within 30 days with me and I had a tooth infection(2/21/26, 3/6/26 & 3/21/26.) I would get cancelations 15 mins to less than 24 hrs before the appts, but if I canceled less than 48hrs, they would hit me with the $50 fee. No sooner reschedule like for example on 2/21 cancelation, I could of been seen during the week or on 2/28 since the dental surgeon canceled the appointments for car issues but instead was scheduled on 3/7 because the dental surgeo... read more
I've been going to this dental location for years. Since name change and staff changes. This place has really declined. Bad communication, they cancel appointments. I received a call a day before my scheduled appointemnt about invalid insurance- which they had wrong on their end. I called to communicate and day of the appointment- I called just to make sure everything was ok. now they say they need to redo the approval process with insurance- which I understand. I suggest you find a different dentist if you don't want to sit and wait for your appointment, they overbook and have no problem making you wait and wait

Way less than Zero stars. Stay away from this place at all costs...lousy type of care quality (0), no office experience in sight. Much better Dentists in our area! And you'll probably get ripped off along with them ripping off your insurance company, too! I could say more, but it will probably get bleeped, so why waste more letters. Except one more thing, make sure they fix the tooth that needs fixing, not the wrong one and then laugh at you with their mistake!
