I loved how thorough they were when checking my house for the problem. They told me what treatment was required to get rid of bed bugs and how much it would cost. They set up the schedule for treatments and came when they said they would They assured me they were gone. I would definitely recommend them to everyone for any pest issues

Contacted Perfection Pest Control when we noticed a severe ant problem. There was both black garden and carpenter ants. Perfection within two days of my call. After the technician assessed the problem he recommended a reasonable course of action. We were very pleased with the service and results. Past customer from 2018 to 2021 when we moved.

Always respectful take care of any problems. I have always listens. To any problem I may have always careful not to put anything where my dog can get it. Very good company would recommend them to friends and family.

I like that they call and let us know ahead of time when they will be treating. Twice a year and we see very few ants. They are very thorough and courteous. Actually very personable. The one time we had an issue the owner of the company himself came out and walked the property with me, treated everything again and would not accept any payment. I recommend this company 100%.

Jacob is always very thorough and addresses my pest issues. The only hiccup this time was with the office scheduling system removing my appointment. Once Jacob found out the time had been removed he graciously adjusted his schedule to do my treatment.

Dennis has done great. We used him for at least 17 years. The FIRST time we saw a mouse run from the basement out the garage door. They determined it was a mouse who snuck in, or a opportunistic mouse. The fix was that the larger garage door bottom seal was coming loose, and the house door from the garage automatic closer was weak, leaving the door slightly open.
