I took my car to get service at this location. When I was told the price I had to go elsewhere. I took my car home and when I turned on my car it would turn off. I open up the hood and a part missing.
Terrible customer service don't even think about coming to this dealership
If you need a new car, make sure you ask for PETER. Unbelievably helpful, honest, and will help with any problem- even if it's not his department.
They have horrible service in the "service" department, but what do you do?

Maybe I'm wrong, but the check engine light shouldn't still be on when you pick it up from being serviced. In my biz we call that malpractice.
If you care about your car, or how a dealership will handle themselves when something goes wrong (which it inevitably will here) DO NOT have your vehicle serviced by Pirello BMW.
Is it possible that they lost my car? I just dropped it off for an oil change yesterday....I hope they find it :(
Awful phone system and helpless staff. Go up north to Fields BMW and experience class.
