Everything was done as planned, except for a couple of minor details I feel will be resolved soon. John Wallace is very accessible.

Paul kept me advised of their scheduling, and they showed up when they said they would. The roof looks good, they cleaned up the area well, and I am very satisfied with the work.
Paul Perkins came in person to inspect and measure our roof. It made me feel good that he actually inspected and measured the roof not from the ground like some of the other contractors but on the roof. His quote was lower than I had expected but I chose Perkins because of his personal contact and years of experience. His crew was very prompt and professional completing the job in just over 1 day and the cleanup left no sign of debris when they left.
