I am new to the Baltimore area and needed a vet for my 10 year old dog Franky who desperately needed dental work. Having neglected his teeth for many years, I knew he would need major work. The doctors and staff at PHAH took good care of him and now he is a happier and more energetic puppy! My advice to you pet owners out there is to get your animal's teeth checked and cleaned on a regular basis so they don't have the need for 23 tooth extractions at one time like my dog. PHAH guided our family through our beloved Rexy's neurological disease. The experienced staff did laser treatments. Each and every time we visited, we were welcomed and had our paws rubbed. The entire staff is kind, loving and very genuine, When the phone needed to be made to put our four-legged family member down, the receptionist was heartfelt, informative and compassionate. Amazing staff and culture! Dr. Tara K took the time to get to know us, and listened with care and concern to our history. Very genuine and extremely knowledgable. Fantastic people, you can tell they love what they do and are doing what they love❤️
We had a great experience! Dr. Baer and all of the technicians did a great job in making sure all of our questions were answered. Our dog seemed to love every staff member she encountered! Highly recommend!
