I agree. I used to love it here but not anymore. Due to my circumstances and being responsible to take care of my two elderly parents, it is been very difficult for me to get my pets in for anything. I can’t even go to the doctor for myself because I’m doing all of this alone. My 13-year-old rescue has lyme disease, Cushing syndrome, and is in a lot of pain. RecommendedI do not recommend PHVH. They have changed. There was no compassion for the pet or the owners. Just a financial transaction. We should have taken our fur baby to Belair Emergency Vet where they give and have the best of the best!

Called animal control on my dog accusing me of abuse and cruelty. then tried to say I threatened the staff. if you are thinking of bringing your furry family members here, Dont.
This place is nothing put a rip off! took our dog here and spent almost $2000 in 5 visits and nothing has been fixed or correctly diagnosed! Take him to a different vet and without spending an arm and a leg he was correctly diagnosed and treated in 3 days! do not take your dog here! if there was anyway I could get my money back for this crappy place I would. I used to give this practice very high reviews and referrals. I think they have grown too fast and don't take the same care they once did.
The vets are kind and efficient. However, recently after treating my dog for a paw injury, we brought her back to have her bandage changed at 8:30 am. My husband returned to pick her up at 2:30 and nothing had been done . My dog is not accustomed to being crated and recently had survived an aggressive dog attack and had been treated by them and her wounds were noted on her chart. She is a 39 lb. mini labradoodle 2 1/2 years old. She is now big dog shy after being wounded by the very large part bull mastiff. My husband had to... read more

I used to think this vet was a 5 star vet. However do to a recent visit experience if I was able to give it 0 stars I would have. I took my cat there last week, paid almost $300 for test. I've requested a call back three times. When I called today the receptionist was rude and told me that the vet had called me back. There are no missed calls on my phone and no way that anyone did call and leave a message.
