The crew was excellent. They were friendly and highly professional. We had no damage issues and they came in under estimate. We moved to a new home. We obtained estimates from 3 movers. All the estimates were competitive. We chose Perry because the salesman provided tips and ideas for things we wanted to pack and insight on things we were not aware of.
Everything went almost perfect, at the end they had one accident, dropped a piece a furniture which broke, but it was repaired within a week including repairing the wall damage. Regardless of the accident and the damage, I would hire them again to do another move anytime. Did a local move from Laurel to Frederick in one day.
They were really fast and never wasted any time. They were great!
Perry Moving did a great job packing the truck. We already packed all boxes ourselves and Perry moving did an excellent job wrapping and taping up the rest of our furniture. We had fourteen days in between homes and they were able to keep all our stuff safely stored on the truck in their warehouse until move-in date. The moving teams were punctual and very pleasant. Unfortunately, however, at least four small, older pieces of furniture were damaged in the move. The damaged items were eventually well repaired but dealing with the customer service representative was not a good experience as she kept telling us that the items were damaged prior to the move and was not prompt in responding to my e-mail.
