All contacts with company reps and driver were professional and pleasant. Packers/loaders on departure end were excellent; team on arrival end not so much. Slight mix-up on arrival time. I had agreed with driver that he could spend Thanksgiving with his family in NC as that would then give me a few days after I arrived at destination to settle in. Before the move actually started, each team member gathered with us for introductions and handshakes. We were impressed with their cheerful attitudes which we saw all day long! This was our first move in three decades and the team gave us several suggestions regarding furniture placement throughout the day that were very helpful. The evaluator came and gave me an estimate of that was within $100 dollars of the actual cost. The wrapping crew and the loading team worked so well together. They did a marvelous job. The day after they left, I called them and asked them to return and pick up some items I neglected to have them take. They came out and picked up the items during the fourth of July weekend.
