Easy procedure except if you have to send in documents. I placed a fraud alert on my credit file which was ok, but because of that 6 months of documents be sent in and that was quite excessive. I understand a fair amount of documents to prove that it is you especially if you you've had a loan with the company previously. There should be an easier process for those who previously paid off their loan. Customer service was great even with the excessive documents.
