They do reduce your interest rate as you continue making on time payments and I have found the account is easy to manage and I have never had any issues with this company. Im going to give this company four stars for now. I had a previous loan with them and they were very honest and helpful when I was in need of financial assistance. They let me pay the loan off early and I never had any problems,issues, troubles or bad vibes. I think since I paid on time and paid off early I should have gotten a better rate of interest on this one,it being my second loan.
