It's not very easy to describe
Just had Evie our Guinea pig euthanized. We were charged $160!! $84 was for the euthanasia $76 was for a consultation "for the staff's mental health" - quoted by the vet on duty. It's bad enough having to say goodbye to a special pet, but then to be taken advantage like that is very upsetting. When booking the appointment we were told nothing about having to pay for a consultation to see if she was sick enough to be euthanized so that the vet doing the service didn't have to feel bad. She was screaming in pain every time w... read more
