Pet Doctors try to upsell their vet treatment. Yesterday, we were quoted $1,000 - $1,500 as the only treatment available for our dog's cut leg until I questioned the options. After asking to speak to the vet, I was given other less invasive and less expensive treatments. We still ended up paying $440 which included $55 for a strip of bandage! Really?! The staff are friendly, but the policy of upselling is likely putting pets' lives at risk if owners can't afford the inflated, and sometimes unjustified, treatment options.

While out walking tonight just after 6pm our wee spoodle injured herself. She couldn't walk at all. We rang the after hours vet which was Pet Doctors at the Gardens. A lady has finally rung us back at 10.05pm. What a disgrace. All she kept saying over and over again was how busy she was. Her attitude was terrible and not at all caring. I would never recommend them. All I can say is DONT go there people. Thank goodness we had wonderful service from Humanimals. They were amazing.
Took my Family pet here to be euthanized, the worst most heartbreaking experience ever. I cannot express enough of how much Grief and Sadness we are suffering after seeing our dearly beloved baby go through such a dreadful time in his last few minutes before being laid to rest. I wouldn't recommend buying a pet from here. Went in on my 12th birthday all excited to buy a rabbit, I picked out a female 'Tan breed' and my mum Paid the $45 for it. I named the rabbit Bonnie and I bonded with that rabbit. Turns out the rabbit had a condition called 'malocclusion', where the teeth continue to grow and need to be clipped often and it was expensive. I emailed the Gardens Veterinary for help and was told 'No refunds'. I didn't want a refund - I wanted help with the teeth condition.
