Parking was easy. Right at front door. Super clean facility. Front desk person efficient and friendly. Technician, Kathy, very knowledgeable and supportive. I would use this facility again should I need another PET/CT scan.
The team here was great. I was early, but they took me back right away. They explained everything to me and my Son who was my driver. They got me settled in the machine and I took a 20 minute nap. They answered all my questions. I felt welcomed and appreciated. Definitely would use this service again.
This review is my loved one that had to have a particular PET scan that supposedly your office is the only location in Texas that provide it. Or we absolutely would have chosen to go to another imaging center. Reason being office called day before appt to confirm as expected. When appt was made and when they called the day before no info about the test, process, and definitely never said she would have a iv injection of radioactive med before scan, have to sit and wait for an hour after med infused before scan can be done ... read more
The original female who called to schedule my appointment was very abrupt and impolite. I spoke with her 3 seperate times and she was the same every time. The girl who checked me in at the facility was extremely nice, very pleasant. The female who prepared me for and started the Pet scan on me was very nice and so very patient with me. I was unable to do the scan due to an anxiety attack, which the facility and employees had no control over. My second visit was totally different! I was treated great! Everyone was very friendly & accommodating. Kathy & Jennifer were very patient, proficient & very thorough in explaining the procedure. The facility was extremely clean & beyond perfect. It was obvious they pay very close attention to cleanliness & sterilization.
