NEGLECTFUL if they feel OK to hand you your dog covered literally head to toe in urine and feces, what happens to them when you aren't there? That's what the very best, most expensive boarding package will get you. That, and an apology 🤦♀️

We have been taking our dogs here for many years. The new fees and the huge deposit is ridiculous! You have too much competition in this area to be so demanding. We used a competitor in the area and spent $300 less and our dogs loved it.
Although I’ve heard great things about this place, I, unfortunately, had a bad experience. Everyone working there was nice, and the place looks amazing, but since I picked up my pup 2 days ago, he’s been sick. When I picked him up, his front legs were stained yellow from his elbow to his paw - which makes me think that he may have been laying in his own urine for a while. Worst pet boarding experience we have ever had! My dogs items were saturated in urine when we picked him up. Facility gave us a full refund, but I will never let my pets stay here again.

We sent our darling here. The place and the staff looked great and we were excited for him. He was there for 2.5 days. When we picked him up, his toy was soaking in urine and was kept with his food and treat bag. He has been vomiting from the time he is back, refuses to eat his food and has really low levels of energy. We have boarded him at other places earlier and this has never happened.
