Great staff & service! Only complaint is that our pup acted like she was too sore to move for a couple of days after visiting. :'(
Staff was friendly and engaged. They were able to accommodate his fresh food. However this didn't turn out to be a good option for us (100# intact GSD) as the facility and their protocol left our dog very stressed and with an abundance of pent up energy after his visit. We opted for the largest indoor/outdoor suite available. The protocol for 1:1 is to have private playtime 2x/day. In theory this seemed ok. Peppa and I love Pet Paradise. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I trust them completely. We come at least once a week for day camp, also use them for boarding, and grooming.
Our dogs go there multiple times a month and they love it. There are cameras to see how things are going throughout the day, a wading pool for them to play in outside and Astro turf so they don't get dirty. They also get groomed here and we love the way the groomer does their cuts. Highly recommend!
Love this place. Great service. They were really good with my dog, who is a hand full. We'll definitely be back.
They either like your dog are they don't. If they don't they will do everything in their power to make your experience unpleasant. I begins I first they love seeing you and the dog after a few visits if your not adding services to your visit then watch out your on the road to being told your dog is not compatible and were going to put it in solitary confinement to force you to quit coming. So quess what I did and glad for it. I hope they go our of business!

Absolutely not. My dog died after boarding him here. Whitney, the "manager" here hung up on me but she's "so sorry for my loss". Give me a break. Good luck in court!
