OMG.. From our initial introduction, the customer service was warm, responsive, polite, and welcoming. Horrible customer interaction at the reception desk of Wags in College Park led me to search for an alternative boarding location for my 9kgrandpuppy. Pet Paradise is a wonderful place to take your pet.b I take my dog there every week and she loves it. She is treated very well and taken care of by very compassionate people. My dog gets to play with other dogs her size and she especially loves swimming in the pool there. All play times are supervised as well. I appreciate the care that the team there takes with my dog and that they make sure her dietary needs are met to my specific instructions. Love how friendly the staff is to our doggie and how wonderful their business is. They kept my dog for 9 days while we were iut of town and I did not worry about her once. Super reliable and fair prices, would recommend to anyone.

UPDATE: We have boarded our feisty little guy a couple more times (decided to give them another chance) and am happy to say he came home healthy, happy and worn out from all the playing! They seem to have worked hard to address the kennel cough issues. We will definitely use them again!

Shiloh is a Covid puppy and because of that he did not get the proper socialization that other dogs may have gotten due to being born in the middle of a pandemic. So--going to daycare is a BIG deal. He does well overall but does have a little social anxiety at times. However;I wish I could explain his level of excitement when we pull up. He is almost going through the roof! Lol! We left our precious puppy here for six days. We watched him on the camera. He was having the time of his life. He jumped in and out of that pool 5000 times. Every time we looked he is running around leading the pack. We thought he was in time out because he was in a little fence all by himself one time. But they explained He just got too hot and they had to put in there to cool off. He had a bath before he came home. When he got home he was clean and shiny and smelled good. My dog came home with kennel cough when I took him for his free day last year. They also lost his food container and his treats. So I am not even sure if he ate all day. Nobody could tell me. I really wish there was a daycare that was not run by a big corporation close to home. I never had a problem when I was in NC for 6 months at a private place.
