I have had overall good experience with Tailwinds but I do wish they would post more photos and videos. After a year and a half of my dog going there, I have never seen a photo posted of him and it makes me wonder what Hank does all day when he is there. I follow other Pet Resorts and they are constantly posting photos daily to let the pet parents know their dogs are happy and playing.
