Ever since you've been under new management the difference has been like night and day, consistently too! It's the best feeling in the world to me to go in vacation for weeks at a time and not worry one bit! Kudos to the person in charge of hiring the staff. They're all very Nice, loving, caring, professional, courteous, etc. They're EVERYTHING to me. I feel so blessed to have the Pet Playhouse available to my dogs. Thank-you, for the peace of mind. 😊💓

I know my "senior" dog is well treated and looked after. Her challenges include cataracts and difficulty with hearing. I wouldn't leave her anywhere else as I know the staff treats her with TLC.
