Welcome to Pet Samaritan Clinic Pet Samaritan Clinic was established in the early 1900’s to care for the horses that pulled the trolleys from the Willamette River into the Portland residential area. Davies Karen Dvm - Pet Samaritan Clinic Dr. Davies is wonderful.. She has a real heart for veterinary work and is very personable. She explains things clearly and concisely. When investigating a helath problem, she sorks step by steo, rather than leaping to the most extreme and expensive option, first.
Very good care givers I was really pleased with the help I got from the Doctor, she answered my questions, and let me take as much time as I felt I needed to get all the information. I didn't feel rushed or made to hurry at all. She was very gentle with my cat and seemed to be genuinely interested in what I wanted to know about the care of and needs of Merry the Christmas cat. I love Pet Sam! I have taken my pets to Pet Sam for 15 years, they have helped me with the lives of many of my pets as well as their passing, we have come full circle in the past 15 years, and have a new batch for them to care for! They are always great, compassionate and understanding. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Erickson and Dr. Davies. You will not regret having Pet Sam as part of your pet family!
A great place for pets I have taken both of my cats to Pet Samaritan Clinic for various reasons. I am always able to get an appointment right away and the staff are very friendly and will even offer advice over the phone. They have always been so good with my pets and even my VERY timid cat (who usually tries to hide at other clinics) lets them take his temperature with no fuss!
Pet's heaven on Earth It's hard to find vets and nurses that really do care about the pets, not jsut money. My dog Dodo has ear infection that we believe may cause his loss of apptite. We take DoDo there and the staffs there were the most friendly groups of vet there. Before diagnose DoDo, they take a thourough look at hime and run series of test. They also do an allergy test, which was really rare for pets. After two days, my DoDo was back in shape and we coudn't happier. Thank you Pet Samaritan
Professional, loving care for all kinds of pets This is a dying breed -- a neighborhood pet clinic with staff and doctors that really know what they're doing. They treat all types of cats, dogs, birds, ferrets, etc. and they all know and care about each individual pet. They do allergy testing as well, which is a service that's hard to find. They're open on Saturdays, are very reasonably priced and will work with anyone to make sure their pet is happy and well.
