I called with question following order and got an answering machine. I tried e-mailing and did hear back a couple days later. I think someone should be available to take calls regarding placed orders. The man that called back was very helpful and friendly. The package arrived in pretty rough shape. I would recommend they pack meds in environmentally friendly peanuts or something similar..and avoid the USPS..
