My only complaint is based on my initial application to get a home equity loan. You input your contact information so someone can call you. It took about 5 day for someone to call me.

I don’t do well with inconsistent information. I was told verbally that I would owe $350 at closing, then would get $500 back at closing. The final closing information online said I’d owe $1000 at closing. I would suggest wait for final numbers.
