Peter was great!!! Due to some unforeseen circumstances, it took almost a year for me to close on this property. Peter was really great with me. He explained every document, abc'd me. I knew what I was signing. when i finally got with Peter the second time, the process was over in less than 2 months. I even called Peter at the closing to get answers on documents and he explained it all. THANK YOU PETER deJONG!!!
Peter walked us through the loan process step by step. He answered all questions (which were many) all hours of the day! He explained every document ask about in detail. He was there from the moment we took the loan application until the day of closing. We were able to close earlier than expected! Peter made the process so easy and reached out to everyone involved as needed to keep everything on pace. He is very reliable and we would definitely use him again if needed!
