VERY friendly staff. Today was my 4th visit and each one the wait has been 5 minutes or less. VERY thorough explanation of what the visit is for and what to expect.
I stopped in today for my annual cleaning after switching dentists. Honestly, I can't say enough great things. The staff was very kind and offered encouraging words to my toddler who came with me. He got to brush his teeth and play, even watch Clifford. He had it made in the shade. As for my personal treatment, A++. Seriously, so friendly and kind. My visit today was not at all what I expected. I was dreading having my tooth prepared for a crown. I knew that I had to have the procedure done, I could not chew on the left side at all. The pain from the tooth being cracked was to much. The staff was very professional, curteous and friendly. They explained every step and let me know that if I needed to take a break that we could. I am very happy with my last visit. Kelly in the office very nice. Courtney is the best at what she does. Dr. Peter is also pleasant and informative. I am glad I switched to this practice.
