As a new patient, I was thoroughly impressed with the communication, the cleanliness and professionalism at PFD. There was an issue with my insurance, and Kelly, and the front desk staff, were patient as we fixed the issue. My hygienist, Ashley, was extremely thorough in her cleaning of my teeth! The extra precautions made for COVID-19 were an extra dose of excellence, plenty off PPE worn by the staff, air filters and purifiers were used in each station, and disinfected eye protection for the patient was available! The place is modern and has new technology that is setup for a great patient experience. The staff is friendly and upbeat and the doctor is great! I would recommend to any family members or friends.
Going to the dentist has never been a better experience. All of the Virus precautions they are taking have not gone unnoticed. Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff.
