The woman that helped us, was super accommodating and very patient with my 13 year old son. He was there for an eye exam and contact fitting. It took him an hour and a half to get his contacts in and we never felt rushed out the door and he felt very calm and relaxed when he's usually anxious in front of new people, especially when they're staring at him and he's on the spot.
