Meet my expectations Very professional
It took over 4 months to complete
Pete is great. He has been our "go to" guy for mortgages. We have referred family and friends to him, which they all did go through him for their mortgage needs. We purchased a home 20 years ago and he processed that mortgage for us. Since then we have refinances properties through him 3 times. He goes above and beyond and is always helpful and positive. We will continue to recommend him to family and friends.
Professional helpful got us the best rate possible. Pete's someone we have counted on and trusted for 20 years now. We have had parents family and friends go to him to mortgage and refi.
We were hoping for a 30 or 40 day escrow. Buyers of our house wanted a short escrow. I told Peter, he hoped it wouldn’t be like a 10 day escrow, that would be very tight. I told him they wanted it done in 21 days. And we needed to close the sale of our house and buy the new house concurrently. He said no problem. And he made it happen. And had no problem with our some times many daily guessions.
