I know Petland gets a lot of criticism, and we definitely were nervous. We went in just to see how our son would do with a dog, and this was a great way to interact with some. However my son and husband fell in love with this Toy Australian Shepherd. The price was definitely a shock and a bit high, but we did receive a lot of stuff and benefits. We bought our Cavapoo, Cookie, from Petland Frisco about 4 months ago, and she’s now a happy, healthy 7 months old. We took Cookie to weekly training with Caio, who was amazing to work with! He worked with us on everything from potty training to leash training, simple commands, and behavioral things like jumping and barking. Cookie is now crate trained, potty trained, doesn’t bark anymore, and listens to our commands. Caio gave us the tools we need to keep her training going at home. Great staff! Dog Trainer Caio is AWESOME! He truly loves what he does and it shows. Hes definitely help me adjust with my Cavapoo KitKat! If you need a trainer he’s definitely the one to look for!
The biggest plus of getting a pet at petland was Caio, the dog trainer. every dog purchased comes with free lifetime training and it’s an incredible thing. Caio is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he cares about every single pet. after only 5 sessions, he gave my dog a great experience and it was shocking how much just the simple things helped. he is the best!! they’re one on one sessions which gives personalized tips and tricks to train and take care of your doggy!
