After a 7 day stay, I knew on the drive home our dog was sick, she was wheezing an coughing. She has an upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis, and of course a bill. We read all the reviews and had a tour and saw that they are well staffed. Very disappointed with the lack of concern from the manager when I called to let them know that there is a dog or dogs that are sick.
