If I could not rate them with any stars, I would, as they deceived me. Despite promising one thing, they delivered something completely different. When I initially availed their service, they assured me that their charges would align with the prevailing market price. However, I was shocked to find out that they overcharged me. Highly recommend. Just switched from Amerigas who let us run out twice while on automatic delivery. Petro/Tankfarm has an app to make sure we never run out. Very professional and kept me informed of everything while I made the switch. So happy I did and it was quick.
Of all the oil companies I have used over the past 20 years, Petro excel them all. All are similar in their pricing and contractual policy and procedure, but Petro just seems a bit more caring. Sometimes you get behind in your payment, especially during these inflation times, and you get these automatic calls, but when you speak w/ the representative, they are not cold, they are understanding. I had Petro in New York and now I have them in Connecticut. They have always been very helpful and understanding when I was not able to pay my bill on time and worked with me to pay. They are very prompt with their services and always do great work.
By far the worse service I’ve ever received from any company in my entire life. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star but I’m force to so I can post this review. Petro was suppose to come do a tune up in my house and before we open the account with them or anything we ask if they could come inspect it before anything they said it won’t be necessary but when they came for the tune up appointment they shut down my furnace without warning and leaving me and my family in the cold for 4 days mind you I have a 2 year and 4 years old so... read more
