Called for air conditioner problem. The tech arrived on the scheduled time and took care of the problem. Great service. We have been customers for many years and have always gotten great service and techs are always on time and friendly.
He came over promptly and fixed our problem
Always responsive and quick to send our support...never had an issue with deliveries, etc.
Always on time, service always performed properly, service people even return (not needed this time) if we have a question. We have the "premium" service contract and do not hesitate to call for service at night and weekends, and service arrives promptly. We are very satisfied.

Had a repairman to my house 3 times prior to having the issue fixed on the 4th house call. I received a call on the day of my appointment and was told the part was not in, the appointment was made a week in advance. I had to lose 2 days pay for that issue. As a customer of over 35 years with a service contract that didn’t cover any of the materials. I am not very happy with the price I had to pay and how this situation was handled.
I've been a long-time customer and spend thousands annually on home heating fuel and over $17,000 on a new home HVAC system. People are always pleasant, but policy management is sorely lacking. I paid the entire HVAC project off over 18 months ago and they continue to show a large balance and only withdrawal against the payment already made as each month passes so my credit report continues to show a large balance erroneously.
