We had our furnace checked and cleaned promptly and was suppose to have our chimney "flu" replaced. We had two scheduled dates for the replacing of the "flu" pipe. It was promised over a month ago and missed both scheduled dates without any communication. We are considering getting someone else to do the job. I was told to write a check and give it to the person handling the "flu" job. I still have the check made out October 11 for $497.00 and it was supposed to be given to those
