The staff were great but they didn’t provide any updates or information on how my puppy did in puppy preschool. Then they wanted to charge $10 to send a photo of my puppy.

This post is to inform all animal lovers who travel and may utilize pet hotels. I Placed my 5 month old Micro goldendoodle with a local Pet Suites for a week. Gave specific care and feeding instructions. Provided all food and necessary pet belongings. Paid extra for puppy class, grooming and extra walks. Was assured that staff was knowledgeable and will take wonderful care as well as send pictures.
