I dropped my dog off with his food individually bagged and marked by day placed in his backpack. I explained and showed the staff member the food bags. I picked my dog up 3 days later and noticed his stomach seemed sunk in and he was acting really hungry. I fed him but found it strange. Not useful, they can’t do their job. They couldn’t taken our dog. With multiple excuses. I wouldn’t recommend this place. At the end of the day you will pay for the service and that’s their job to deal with the dogs.
Had our pet dog boarded there for 7 days, and he returned home with Kennel Cough. Now we’re stuck with an expensive Emergency Vet bill. He’s been boarded many times at other places, and we’ve never had this issue. I’m really disappointed because I was excited about this new, convenient PetSuites location.
