Leia absolutely loves going to day play there, and is always excited when we pull up. You can tell how much she loves the staff, as she goes to them and is excited to go play. The staff is so nice, and when I walk in they know Leia’s name. She’s been going there for over a year, and she will continue to go. Pet Suites always does a great job and takes care of my dog Duke. They give reports during his stay and take pictures which is always good to see. I also get his nails clipped while there too and they do a great job with that too. They are always very nice and helpful.
I sent my cat here and he loved it! The cat condo was a good size, and each condo had either a small TV or a window! His stay was on the pricier side, which is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars. I definitely would trust pet suites with my fur baby again!
My dog has been playing and starting her weekly for the past 3 years. We love the staff, the dog trainer and all of the wonderful people and pups who come to Petsuites. It’s clean and filled with a lot of kindness and doggie fun
Always nervous boarding my dog at a new place, but PetSuites exceeded my expectations. They were able to accommodate my German Shepherd over a busy Easter weekend while I was on business travel. They communicated with me leading up to and during her stay. The groomer also checked in on her last day to make sure she was ready for when I planned to pick her up, which was thoughtful.
