Pet Suites lost my dog. She was labeled as an escape artist YET they still allowed her to go out and potty unsupervised and she climbed the fence and ran away. Thankfully WE were able to find her but that was through no help of this facility, this was because of MY Facebook posts. They didn’t even post it on their Facebook page, I know it’s bad advertising when you loose someone’s dog. Also we were not notified until almost 2 hrs after she ran away. Do NOT trust this facility, it’s clearly mismanaged.
