This was our second time with PetSuites Eagan. Half way through my vacation I get a call from their office letting me know they have been giving my Yorkie 10X the amount of medicine they were suppose to for multiple days in a row. When they called they tried to downplay the situation and acted like it was no big deal. They took her to the ER and had the emergency Vet help the situation. I brought my dog there for the first time today. Half way through his daycare I got a text that his ear was bleeding but not to worry and it was taken care of. No big deal it’s a dog daycare. When I picked him up they told me that they had given his collar, harness, and leash to someone else. They gave me a choke collar to walk him out with. Once I got home I realized his ear was still bleeding and there was blood all over my backseat and I had to spend $55 on a new harness and leash. I would not recommend.
