I boarded my 9 month old Rat Terrier puppy for a week and I toured the facility in advance and was very pleased at the group dog play time area divided for small dogs versus large dogs area. Areas were all neatly maintained when I just stopped in without an appointment to see what size kennel size I wanted to reserve. I was also pleased that they are very diligent on checking vaccination status before accepting dogs. I definitely will use them again.

My pups were happy here and received great care. I was even able to call and check on them while I was out of town. They gave me updates that were true to my dogs' character! So, I knew they were really looked after and not just saying, "They're great! Eating, sleeping, and playing well. " No, they said my dog was sunbathing, and the other kept cuddling his sister, other things that were attention to detail. Thank you!!

I absolutely love PetSuites Gahanna! It is the only place I trust to bring my baby! Louie always comes out with a smile and don't get me started on how he acts when I ask him if he wants to go so "Daycare"!! They take pictures and videos and always have some kind of activity for the pups! You can tell they care! I'm so grateful I found this place!

I boarded my dog for the second time at this location for seven days. I initially had asked for six days of individual playtime, but ended up getting billed for seven. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until after I had paid and returned home. My dog also was covered in BM residue all over his Backside and his legs. If I had known ahead of time, I probably Would have requested a bath. It would be nice to get some notes about his stay, especially how he ate, and if he had had any abdominal issues which clearly was the case.

My handsome dog is a Beagle mix. I did some comparison shopping before making a decision about where I wanted him to be. PetSuites has thoroughly impressed me with their facility in Gahanna/New Albany on Hamilton Rd. Great staff, knowledgeable, and high standards. They are organized, very clean smelling facility, and dedicated to the wellbeing of pets, their comfort and safety. I hope to have a long relationship for doggy day care, grooming, and boarding for a couple nights when I have to travel for business.
