I loved sending my dog rose here !! kind staff and i'm surprised why there reviews are so low as they kept good care of our dog when we needed to go on a trip.

Our boys LOVE Petsuites! We have gone to other doggy daycare/boarding facilities and they had always been a bit hesitant to go inside. Not here. They can't wait to get out of the car and go inside. The staff are so friendly and Ashley, the resort manager, is fantastic to talk to if you have any concerns. She goes above and beyond for her clients. We boarded our 2 doggies at PetSuites for 10 days paid over $1,100. Both beds were completely torn to shreds. Blankets were torn to shreds. Missing multiple dog stuffed animals. Looks like none of the treats were even given because we got them all of them back. They have an app that you list their belongings. You list how often their treats are given. You list their eating habits for meals. I don't know if they did anything. Like I said all their treats came home. What a disaster of an experience.

I haven't personally been able to use PetSuites Herriman, but that's more their fault than mine. I requested a reservation online months in advance for middle of September for my dog. I paid the deposit, sent his vaccination records, and made sure to get last minute vaccines and add those records as well. It remained in pending status and I had no idea when it would be accepted. Boarded my dog here for about a week. When we picked him up his mouth was bleeding and he had multiple skin rashes. I gave them a specific amount of food, with instructions, plus a little extra jic. They ran through that halfway through, meaning they severely overfed him. Place is ran by a bunch of kids with no adults in sight. They have no idea how to care for animals. Never bringing my pets here ever again.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Initially booked a 'Towne home' suite for my 2 dogs. I uploaded vaccinations and waited for a confirmation. After not hearing back for a few days I called and they stated that I needed the K9 influenza vaccine. I informed them that I would go get my dogs vaccinated the next day and send them the paperwork. We chose this place because they assured they could pick up our dogs on Memorial Day....twice. Tried to pick the dogs up on Memorial Day and they were closed and no one picked up the phone. We picked them up the day after and our dogs were covered in feces and one of them had a large amount of blood in their stool when we took them home. Truly awful experience. Edit: Just realized they also forgot to give us back our pets' medication and food. Luckily, we "only" live 30 minutes away. Wonderful place. Truly.

We've had a couple problems with this facility. 1. Our dogs nose was cut really bad to the point of needing to be brought directly to a vet. The manager working that day ensured the vet visit was paid for, and we appreciated the transparency of the incident so we brought our dog back to be groomed another time. 2. I took my dog in today for a trim and groom, and the experience was absolutely awful. When I first arrived, the receptionist seemed annoyed and handed me some paperwork, telling me to only sign and not worry about anything else because in her exact words it "had nothing to do with the groom and was only for after." When the groomer came out to take my dog, she mentioned he had minimal matting around his legs and tail. We discussed shaving, and I specifically told her NOT to shave him just to trim if necessary.
