My dog June has been attending playtime for a couple months to improve her socialization skills. I was able to walk in unannounced and was given a tour without making an appointment. The facility is clean and the staff is wonderful!! There is always a welcoming staff member to greet us and take June to the play area. I recommend PetSuites Johns Creek to anyone looking for playtime/ daycare and boarding. We have reserved a luxury suite for boarding this summer!

Jacob and his staff at Pet Suites Johns Creek are fantastic to work with. We started with Pet Suites back in Sept 2025. Our dog had never been boarded before and was very nervous walking into an environment with lots of activity and barking dogs. Jacob worked with our dog every few weeks so that a routine could be established and trust could be gained between our dog and the staff. Myself and Bailey Love Johns Creek Petsuites. Awesome customer service. Lobby always clean. The activities they have I just love. Bailey does more than just play. She have stayed overnight boarding. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. She has burning going to John’s Creek Petsuites for over 3 years. Go take a tour I recommend John’s Creek Petsuites.

We dropped off our 6 month old Irishdoodle for a grooming earlier today. We are so pleased with the cut and service provided by Tylar. Maggie likes to wiggle and play but Tylar was able to calm her and did a beautiful job on our girl. We will definitely call on Tylar for our next grooming. Thank you, Tylar!!

Ji and Haley did such a great job at check in and out with my cat Boba! He had such a good time the staff gave him lots of cuddles.

I could not be happier at PetSuites John’s Creek! I recently needed surgery that kept me from being able to walk for a few weeks. My dog is very high energy. My Murphy was safely cared for & the staff put up with my worried Dog Mom calls to check in. After he came home with me, I was able to bring MURPHY🐶 back to play and get out some of his energy. We are new to Pet Suites. While have a boarding scheduled for our three dogs in June, we have not actually left our dogs at Pet Suites yet. I love this place… and so does my dog. He runs in happily for doggy daycare. The front & back staff are all friendly, helpful, caring & top notch. Everything is very clean and they take the best care of my Murphy!
