I love the staff and Trainer. Lizzy just loves going to Preschool and having Matt train her. You all do such a great job. I love all the pictures, updates, and videos of her day. This is true personal care, not just a webcam. I like the one on one experience. Great Job!!!!

I asked for a manager to call me back regarding my bill after I paid my invoice and they added ten dollar bill after. I would like to be contacted about this asap! I contacted the location and no one has gotten back to me!!!!

Horrible customer service skills, do not book with them, they are incompetent and you should not trust them with your pets!
It was a bad experience. I was quoted a price before leaving my 1 yr Shih tzu for 10 day vacation. The price was quoted $420 and they added more charges after and did not state any change. Also they did not allow regular pick up due to holiday but never told me it would be a charge. I ended up paying $600 for the stay. Never again!!!!!! They did not even brush him.
Ineffective management has shown itself in staff not fully operational or up to speed. During initial onboarding process many items not covered. Staff seems confused. Not able to answer basic questions. On date of check-in, just hours before flight- the untrained staff decided to tell me they required a certain vaccination for my dog that was not provided by our Veterinarian.
