We booked a grooming appointment and staffed called us & texted us to tell us it needed to be moved to a different time due to them not being opened. We show up the date and time we were told only for them to tell us she was late and wasn't going to be seen. Someone did tell us that it was a new employee who made the mistake but this is not the first incident we have had with her grooming so we decided to look elsewhere. I boarded my mini dachshund for one night here and I would not recommend. When I came in to pick him up they told me they didn't have my him and there was no dog there under his name (lomax) so I obviously got very frustrated and then they figured out he was put under the wrong name. When I picked him up I noticed the lady handed me the food I brought for him was still full and they decided to give him their own. Been boarding my dog since she was 3 months old now that she is older she stays in a pen by herself no interactions with any dogs and since she is in heat they will not accept her. Makes no since hope they enjoy the lost revenue.
Took my dog for the fist time and requested to be updated and the staff didn't notify me that my dog would be in a room by herself for 2 hours (otherwise I would have taken her bed/toys) and they never contacted me for the evaluation portion of her day. This was my dog's first time and she was very nervous too.. I decided to take my puppy for preschool (twice) and they again twice failed to notify me of the evaluation or when they would be outside.
