Super friendly and caring staff. Never had any issues. The webcams are awesome! My pup is very possessive of me but does great here with the other dogs and employees. Give it a try!
I have been dropping my dog off here since they first opened and he is now 4 years old. I have never had any issues and the staff is awesome. He always seems to enjoy his stay while he is in there care. I would highly recommend leaving your furry baby here when considering dog care
While the team loved Luna, they almost killed my other dog Chewy. After boarding him, he was half his bodyweight, and he went blind while in their care. He was hospitalized, and it cost almost 3k to save him. There was 0 reimbursement from Pet Suites, and they haven't even called to check on my dog. They also refuse to give me a number at their corporate headquarters. Please be careful when boarding your animal there.
I love everyone and everything about this facility! They love the animals and they decorate very pretty. They love my dog and he loves going! Rates are great and they are flexible with scheduling. This place is a life saver for me! Thanks Team Murphy Pet Suites 💖 -Amanda & Bowser
