Went in for our scheduled grooming appointment at 12 noon. We arrived at 9:46am and were told that the cutoff time was 10am and they were happy to reschedule us. It was supposed to be our first time but after that, no thanks. We’ll keep looking for the right groomer for our doodle girls. If you don’t want to work Sundays, don’t be open Sundays.

Grooming was completely awful. They butchered our doodle puppy. Didn't even recognize her when we picked her up. She doesn't even look like the same dog and we are in tears. She looks 50 years older and 50lbs lighter. If you have a doodle and are looking for a groomer, this is not the place. This is just unacceptable. And, on top of butchering our baby, they said it would be $80 and when we went to pick her up, they charged us $120. Completely unprofessional to charge someone extra money for a service we did not ask for.

I was given an appointment last week to have my dog groomed and they confirmed via email. I went in with my dog they said that the groomer didn’t show up and I would have to reschedule for the next week ( which was very inconvenient). I went in to drop off my dog this week after earlier answered a confirmation and they took my dog back and was told the groomer would call me and let me know what time pick up would be. Most days have been good, but twice now our dog has come home with a minor injury or ailment and petsuites had no explanation. We are no longer using petsuites.
