The staff here is amazing. We took our Golden here to stay for every family trip. Unfortunately, our dog passed away during her last visit after we dropped her off due to natural causes. They checked her onsite and even took her to emergency care while we were out of town. Not only did they refund our entire prepay but they sent an unbelievable sympathy card with personal messages from the staff. True animal lovers who treated our Golden as part of their family. They are great. Always take good care of my doggie daughter. I’ve been coming here for years for grooming.
My pup had to urgently go to boarding while I was out of the country! They quickly took her on. I was super worried as she has some intense medication schedule and special feedings, but they took it on and she had no side effects while there! She always looked so happy in the pictures I got of her. When I picked her up not only did she love all over me but she was loving all over the girls up front which speaks for how they treated her!! I will forever be bringing her back when I need to go out of town!
PetSuites in Sharonville is amazing! The facility is very warm and welcoming and it is always very clean. All of the dogs staying there look well cared for and seem to be in good spirits. The staff are very friendly and really seem to take the time to get to know the dogs there individually.
Great place for boarding. Our three dogs always look forward to staying there.
