RecommendedMorris LOVES going on vacation at PetSuites. They take very good care of him and if he has any issues, they keep us posted on how he is doing.
I 100% recommend!! Back in 2021, my apartment caught on fire. My poor cats (Oreo and Whiskers) were traumatized and I was living in a hotel for 3 weeks with my mom and stepdad trying to find places with hardly any luck. I brought the cats here while we were trying to find a place. They were good with updating me on if they were fighting or how they were doing and they took great care of them. The girls are so good with Nova, she seems happy, she almost didn't want to come home with me, when I came to pick her up Sunday morning LOL. the only issue is keeping her condo clean and keeping carrier in same position it was originally in when we brought her in and she threw up all over her blanket and carrier and it wasn't cleaned up. when I picked her up which was partially my mistake I forget to let the girls know she still experiencing anxiety vomiting. My dog had never been with other dogs. I asked them to introduce her slowly to the group of dogs. They did slowly and gave her plenty of love and attention. Amazing place. I had been worried about leaving her. Like my first child at day care. Lol. She did t miss me. They sent a paw grass report with pictures mid day. I will continue us to take my pup there for socializing. Loved them clean professional and outstanding staff!
People are very friendly and know my dog when she comes in. Only thing that would be better if they had cameras so you can see your pet. Both of pets have been boarded here and our new one loves the play day there.

Staff, particularly the groomer, Alisha, we’re very friendly and informative. She wanted to know particular information about our grooming preferences, and did a fine job.

What an awesome surprise to get a text about my sweet Morticia while she is staying at PetSuites! Drop off was so easy and they are making her so comfortable there! Love and highly recommend them for their boarding services!
