If I could give this team more than 5 stars I would! I have taken both of my dogs there since they were puppies for both day care and boarding. Puppy preschool is a great way to help your puppy learn socialization and manners and there are always cute activities for the dogs to participate in. Every time I pick my dogs up from day care, they are always happy and worn out from play group! I have recommended PetSuites Sharonville to family and friends looking for a home away from home for their four-legged family members.

We frequently travel and our cats have always been treated well at PetSuites. Our first cat was very antisocial, and they always made sure we had the one condo where she always seemed more content. (If she was next to lots of cats she would come home agitated. When we switched to the other condo for her visits after that, she came home more relaxed.) Our current cat also does well there. She gets playtime and comes home relaxed. She has never come home with a cold or anything. Highly recommend!

When we have to board our fur baby, we always use Pet Suites. They really care about the animals. Bear is very skittish, but will even lay with the other dogs there. I like the facility and the team that works there!

We have been taking our dogs to Pet Suites for many years and think they do a terrific job. Last Fall, our dog was returned very sick, coughing in the car on the way home. I drove straight to our vet who determined it was kennel cough and treated him immediately. I called and spoke to a manager who not only apologized, paid for the visit and vet bill without me even requesting. I feel they went above and beyond to satisfy a customer.

They take OK care of my dog but they don't seem to like him. And the feeling is mutual. He never really seems excited to go there like he was his first dog daycare. He also seems more excited to leave but maybe that is because he is spoiled at home. I don't mind using them in a pinch but they aren't my first choice. I also think discriminating against dogs based on their breed is a silly practice

I could not have had a better experience here when boarding my cat, Oliver! The kitty condos are amazing, and every staff single member I met was friendly, welcoming and attentive to both Oliver and I. The facility is beautiful and the cost is very reasonable, for boarding, grooming, and everything. I cannot say enough great things about PetSuites and am so grateful to have found this for Oliver and I. Extremely impressed and overly satisfied!!!!!!!

I've been taking our 11 year old dog to Petsuites since he was a puppy. They take great care of him at daycare and in boarding. I highly recommend them! Another reviewer said that they charge to feed your dog. That is not true. They also do not charge for giving medications.
We boarded out Pitbull there for 9 days while we were on a cruise. They took such good care of him and made sure he was comfortable and happy! His belly was getting very red during his stay due to Allergen (his skin is very sensitive anyways) and they gave him a water bath multiple times during his stay to make sure it calmed down the irritation. My dog Chyna has been boarding at Pet Suites in Sharonville since she was 6 months old., she is going on 5 yrs now and still LOVES going there!! They take great care of her and I am extremely picky about the care of my dog. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a place away from home for their pet. I call every day to check on her and they always let me know how she is doing, even when she has been ill they have told me right away and took perfect care of her until I could get home.
