RecommendedI love this place! The facility is gorgeous and the staff truly cares and go the extra mile to make you and your pet feel comfortable. They let me tour the facility, no appointment was needed. I booked the townhome for Bailey but love that they have several options to chose from. Special thanks to DeAzha as she communicated consistently while I was out of the country and even sent pics giving Bailey hugs and kisses. I highly recommend PetSuites -Westheimer

RecommendedMy 3 fur babies love going to PS. THEY get very excited as soon as I pull up. And when I pick them up they are worn out by all the activities they do. the front desk person Jazmin, has GREAT interpersonal skills she is very friendly, has good listening skills when I signed my babies up, they have met the needs my babies need. Love how it's so close to my house.
Do NOT, EVER bring your cats here for boarding. My cat was sitting on Feces and urine when I picked her up. The man told me the cage had ‘probably’ been cleaned a couple days ago. AND they blamed the cat as she’s not friendly to strangers. It’s YOUR business to care for animals- figure it out!!!!! WORST experience, despicable, abusive, careless, I could go on…worst animal care in Houston, Worst.
