Dont like the services from this clinic. I’ve been a patient for 3 years, my primary doctor is Cruz, which I’ve never meet, the times that’ve waited and waited to be seen has always ended up with a NP. Today I go for my physical exam with Dr. Rivera 2:45pm, arrive at 2:34, 3:20 and I still waiting in the waiting room, I hear front desk calling to reschedule appointments that didn't show up today, and I see nurses walking and hanging out through the glass door, no one “available” to take vitals. So far good. New Patient. I felt Dr. Cruz-Pacheco, was attentive and personable. As a new patient, she took her time to get to know me. The 2nd time around, she was a zombie. Maybe tired. I get it. But you said a patient for blood work and they have concerns and all she cares about it Covid when there’s so much more to discuss. What kind of doctor is that? She doesn’t care. PHCA in Hunters Creek has gone down Hill in the last 2 Years. Revolving door of Doctors, (3 in the last 2 years). Untrained and not helpful staff. In the past the referral coordinators would do there jobs and coordinate between PHCA and other offices but that is not the case anymore. The referral coordinator now tells you things have changed and you need to coordinate for yourself, the whole process seems like a joke to the staff.
Both doctors always attentive and caring. The staff is very nice. The care is comprehensive. I appreciate this practice very much.
