Provided me with great advice and knowledge. But only bad thing was I was told I'll call you tomorrow and I didnt get a call for a few days. I didnt like that. At closing I was told that lender one wasn't going to keep my loan that they sell it to someone and i really wish i knew that up front too.
Can't say enough how friendly and on top of things Phil was for us! Made buying our first home so enjoyable!
