Provided me with great advice and knowledge. But only bad thing was I was told I'll call you tomorrow and I didnt get a call for a few days. I didnt like that. At closing I was told that lender one wasn't going to keep my loan that they sell it to someone and i really wish i knew that up front too.

I never talked to Phil. Just Marcus, Chrissy, and lastly Cabe (spelling?) I emailed asking questions and never heard back. This was my first time buying a house and at times, besides with Chrissy, it felt like info was given or not given to me like I was a seasoned vet at buying. This all was made right once I made Chrissy understand there was things about the process that was unclear and freaking me out. All is good now. I felt like I was left to everything on my own...here is an email, do everything on here so I don’t have to be bothered by you. I tried for two weeks to get a closing date so my wife and I could plan to take time off work for it. After multiple calls the closest thing I got was it should be around the end of September. I got a call the at 10:35 the morning of the scheduled closing to let me know when it was. Obviously that didn’t work so we had to reschedule. We finally closed on October 5th.

Phil was nice during the whole process, but not very communicative. He would only get with us when he wanted to get with us it seemed like. Every time we tried making a phone call to him, he would not answer and it would go straight to voicemail. No call backs each time we called. Calling at different times of the day did not work either. There wasn't very good communication with paperwork, we had to do a couple things multiple times or he gave us a short period to get something done.

I have purchased 12 home in my life and his was by far the experience I ever had in trying to obtain a loan. Phil was less that responsive and I am just glad it is over with. Dennis Peters
